Refunds & Reshipments
Please make sure to read our policies carefully before ordering, if you have any difficulties with your order just Contact us and we'll be happy to assist you through.

Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

We don't accept exchanges
But please Contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Refunds and Reshipments are acceptable in the following situations:
Misprinted:
When the print has been misplaced and out of the print area, wrong spelling, crooked print or wrong print.
Wrong items:
When you receive wrong items/sizes/colors from the ones you actually ordered.
Damaged items:
When you receive your items defective, ripped seam or cut in fabric.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds and Reshipments are not acceptable in the following situations:
Item, size, color or customization errors made by the customer:
When an order is placed incorrectly by the customer like choosing the wrong variant (item/size/color).
When the order requires customization and the customer misspell a name, word or leaving the customization details tab blank.
Lost packages after being delivered:
When your order was delivered but you weren't the recipient or might be stolen from the mailbox, please file a grievance to the carrier used to ship your items ( FedEx, USPS, DHL, Latvijas Pasts ) for a missing mail to receive a search ID.
In these cases, refunds and reshipments won't be possible.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment center and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you've received your order misprinted, damaged or defective please reach out to us through goodytees.contact@gmail.com by following these steps:
- Take images of the items, print and sticker tags in daylight.
- The images resolution should be 1024 x 768 pixels minimum.
After receiving the images, we'll forward them to the concerned team and get back to you as soon as possible.
