What is the fulfillment process?
Fulfillment is a process combined of different stages to get your item(s) ready to send out.
1. Picking & Pretreatment : First of all, we pick the item variant that was ordered and get it ready for Pretreatment, it's a solution that is applied to help white ink gel properly to the T-shirt you want to use.
2. Printing : Now that your garment is ready, we get into the DTG printer to handle this step, we use Kornit and Brother printers for the best results.
3. Quality control : Since that human and machine errors are possible, we have a quality control team that check your item(s) for any little flaws or distortions before passing to the next step.
4. Sorting : This step is including folding and stretching your items correctly to avoid wrinkles while shipping.
5. Packaging : Last but not least is packaging, the trip can get rough some times but no worries, that's why we put your item(s) in two plastic packs, an inside clear plastic bag that contains the shirts and an outside rigid one that has orders info and adds extra safety.
How long it's gonna take to receive my order?
How our items are measured ?
Our items are measured laid on flat surface in inches, the best way to help you choose the right size is to measure a shirt you have on a flat surface, then find in our styles and variants the right match for it.
What are the carriers we use to ship your items?
All US orders are shipped with USPS ( US Postal Service ), we have strong partnerships with the most reliable carriers to bring you the best offers ( FedEx, USPS, DHL, Latvijas Pasts )
Can i request customization for my order?
Yes, if want to add your special touch or remove anything from the design, just Contact us and we'll be happy to assist you through.
Are there any other colors available?
Yes, we offer so many other colors for each item, just send us the color name that you're looking for, and we'll get back to you to confirm if it's available or not.

Can i request order cancellation?
Yes you can cancel your order, request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase, if six hours have elapsed, we wont be able to refund or cancel your order.
